Sheraton International
Shipping Limited was formed in 1985 and commenced trading in 1986.The
management of the company comprises shareholder/directors who
are active in the company on a full time basis giving a quality
personal service backed by many years of professional experience.
With future developments in mind as well as the desire to show
a financial commitment to our customers and suppliers we decided
to reregister as a public limited company and this was completed
on November 9th 1989.
The company is a full trading member of BIFA and affiliated
to FIATA. It is also a corporate member of the Institute of
Logistics & Distribution Management. All senior members
of staff are members of the Institute of Freight Forwarders.
The company has an established
quality policy together with a fully documented manual. We have
been assessed and approved to BS 5750: Part Quality Assurance,
certificate 1844. In November 1991 Sheraton Projects Limited was
established to clearly identify our expertise in handling Project
cargo on a world-wide basis and during 1992 it took over the charter
broking function previously performed by Sheraton International.
